If you've got young children, it's best to make sure they're protected from the more grown-up stuff that's on the web. We'll change your internet settings and advise you on how to keep in control of everything they can (and can't) see online.

• It's easy. We can do it over the phone with Remote Control, if you like.
• You don’t have to wait for a home visit.

What we do

• Guide you on setting parental controls on Windows® operating systems.
• Set up the content advisor and security features on your browser to automatically filter undesired content and protect against inadvertent ads.

What we don't do

• Give any details to children under to the age of 16
• Help with Apple Mac computer or Linux systems.
