Windows® 7 operating system is Microsoft®'s latest operating system. It’s a bit like the engine for your computer. But is it right for you? We'll check your computer and tell you whether its ok to upgrade. If the answer's yes, we can help you through the process.

Why do I need it

• If you want to know the pros and cons of upgrading.
• If you are not sure how difficult it will be.
• You don’t have to take it in to store or wait for a home visit.

What we do

• Check your hardware – processor architecture, processor speed, memory capacity and advise on the readiness of your computer.
• Check the programs that are installed on your computer, and advise how many are compatible with Windows® 7.
• Provide you with a compatibility report and guidance on next steps.
• Want us to oversee installation? We can do this under our pay as you go support.

What we don't do

• Provide the Software in this cost
• Help with Apple Mac computer or Linux systems.
